A further $2000 was received from St. John the Baptist Parish,
Woodstock, from funds raised for settlement of newcomers
but not used by them. The funds for the Eritrean family now
stand at $12,775.

If this seems like a low amount to support a family for a year, it
is because we are partnered with a well-established family
from Eritrea living in Fredericton who are co-sponsors,
providing housing, furniture and food for the 1 year settlement
period.
